Dear Wade Nursing Management:

Words cannot express my gratitude to you for all the attention you gave my mother during her long illness.  Finding that right combination was a challenge but persistence paid off.  Your employees were the best.  They were responsible for the comfort my mother was able to attain.  They made sure that she was never in pain.  They treated her with respect and diginity.  Further, the calls to alert me of changes in schedules were an indication of the commitment to professionalism and follow through.

Dear Wade:

I want to thank you, compliment you, and congratulate you.  Firstly, thank you for the kind and gracious support and care given to my mother over the last few months.  Your employee you sent was excellent.  I wish I had her patience and forebearance.  Without her, I don't believe mother would be alive.  I want to compliment you on what a fine and excellent service Wade Nursing does, not only for those needing care, but also for the community.  I plan to tell many people how dependable and how well Wade Nursing does their business.  Lastly, I want to congradulate you on your employees, all were just perfect.  You'll never know how much I will appreciate them.
