Custodial Care Services
For: Private patient - sick or elderly. Our caregivers will provide care to the patient either in the Home, Hospital, or Facility from 1 to 24 hour coverage.
Services included but not limited to:
CNT’s / Caregivers
Eating
Monitor diet and eating
Plan, prepare and clean up meals and snacks
Check food expirations
Keep up with shopping list
Grooming
Assist with mouth care
Assist with nail care (with the exception of diabetics)
Comb Hair
Dressing
Assist with/select clothing
Assist with/change clothing
Bathing
Assist with bath or shower
Shampooing of hair
Shaving
Incontinence Issues
Assistance to the bathroom
Changing of depends/diapers as needed

Mobility
Assistance with walking and transfers
Medication Reminders
Assistance with oral medication schedules
Care of Colostomy and Catheter Bags
Change colostomy bag and clean area around bag
Empty catheter bags and chart output
Housekeeping
Assistance/Doing personal laundry
Changing bed linens
Cleaning up kitchen and bathroom area
Maintaining a clean environment for the patient
Empty trash daily
Errands/Transportation
Accompany to doctor appointments and other scheduled appointments
Assist with grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Drop off and pick up dry cleaning
Accompany to club meetings, library, shopping trips, visits to family, neighbor or friend |
